Girls on the Run is a national, non-profit, prevention program, aimed at increasing self-esteem and boosting confidence in 3rd – 8th grade girls. Through the Girls on the Run program, we inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. We envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.
Girls on the Run of Central Michigan is an Independent Council of Girls on the Run International, which has a network of 200 locations across the United States and Canada.
Girls on the Run of Central Michigan serves schools in Isabella, Gratiot and Clare counties, and could not serve so many girls without the help of these local sponsors and donors!!!
